Welcome to the Society of Women Engineers at Iowa State University’s web page!
The Society of Women Engineers Collegiate Section at Iowa State University (ISU SWE) was founded over 40 years ago and currently has more than 200 members. We are a collegiate chapter of the worldwide organization, the Society of Women Engineers. Our chapter is a student-run organization at Iowa State that is free to join. We offer our members leadership experiences, great networking opportunities, and community involvement.
SWE is honored to be the recipient of the Outstanding Event Award for our SWEster program from the ISU Engineers Week committee.

26 ISU SWE members proudly attended WE21 in Indianapolis, Indiana this fall semester!
