Welcome to SWE at Iowa State!
We are an organization dedicated to helping women at Iowa State University achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expanding the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrating the value of diversity. Our events include general meetings every other week, lunch and learns sponsored by both local and national companies, and other fun activities sprinkled in between!
