Three chemical engineering groups at ISU (Shao, Tessonnier, Cochran) have joined forces to develop a completely renewable process to produce nylon polymers from sugar.
The work has been published in the most recent issue of Angewandte International Edition and was featured as the cover picture.

Starting the fall semester 2014, a new group of students was assembled to direct the activities of CEGSO.
The CEGSO volleyball team will be playing in the intramural tournament at ISU in the following weeks. The team is conformed by Julia, Kiva, Amanda, Michael, Jonathan, Alex, and Miguel.
