Why do I love MA?\u00a0I love MA because of the opportunities it provides to our materials engineering students. From enabling students to travel across the country for conferences (which are usually FREE, by the way) to talking with local kids about STEM, being involved in MA is a unique and rewarding experience.<\/h5>\n

Why do I love MA? I’m Jack! I’m from Urbandale in Iowa and at ISU I’m the junior outreach chair for MA and a peer mentor for MSE freshmen. I also play guitar in ISU’s jazz bands and I play bass in a combo I have with some friends.<\/h5>\n
