Our greatest attribute as an AGC-Student Chapter is our commitment to service in and around the Ames community. Not only do we take our longer Thanksgiving Break and Spring Break trips, but we also do thousands of hours of community service right here in our area. In recent years, the sheer volume of community service AGC does has demanded that we add another Community Service representative to our cabinet. The projects we do are always different, and we love the challenge. There is no better feeling in the world than seeing our hard work put smiles on the faces of those we have the privilege to serve.
AGC is always looking to use our knowledge in construction and service to help others. If you are in need of help at your home or community building, please contact Andy Brown and Scott Miller are our Community Service Representatives, and will organize your project upon acceptance. AGC is cable of handicap ramps, drywall, fences, sheds, and more.
